The C1953R is a High Temperature Short Time (HTST) Recording Dual Controller.The C1953R offers one controller for hot water and one controller for cold product. Two pens (Red, Green) plus true time event pen (Violet). Red is hot product recording, Green is either cold product or divert setpoint recording. Multiple divert temperatures are standard along with digital pen adjustment.
